About DECAY
Simple Beginnings. Intentional Design.
When we started DECAY, we didn’t set out to start a big fashion movement. We just wanted to make the exact clothes we always wished were sitting on our own retail racks.
For us, clothing shouldn’t be disposable or noisy. It should feel like an artifact—something made with intent, built with heavy textures and custom structural cuts, and made to be worn and lived in every single day.
Growing up working with clothes gave us a direct line to what was missing from everyday retail: real character, experimental fits and honest craftsmanship.
DECAY is our way of bringing those pieces to life. We keep our heads down, stay close to the work, and put our energy into every detail, line and panel.
When you wear DECAY, you’re wearing something built piece by piece, straight from our hands to your wardrobe.
Founder’s Story
From the Racks to the Studio
Growing up in our family’s retail clothing business, we spent years surrounded by garments, constantly looking at what the market had to offer—and realising it fell short of what we envisioned.
We loved discovering unique pieces, but finding clothes with genuine character was always a struggle.
For years, we hunted through rare imports and inconsistent surplus runs just to find unexpected textures, structural paneling or distinct fits. There simply weren’t Indian brands creating the kind of experimental pieces we wanted to wear ourselves or share with our community.
Instead of waiting for the market to catch up, we decided to build what was missing.
We aren’t here to make noise, chase short-lived hype or claim we’re reinventing fashion. We are people who respect the craft, love the process of building fresh structures, and prefer to let the work speak for itself. DECAY is built from that exact mindset—piece by piece, quietly elevating everyday garments into something lasting.
