Welcome to DECAY. By accessing our website, decay.co.in, and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information & User Accounts

DECAY is an independent streetwear brand based in and operated from Calicut, Kerala, India.

• To purchase products from our platform, you may be required to create an account or provide accurate checkout details. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity that occurs under your profile.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised resale attempts or repeated COD delivery rejections.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

• All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Because our collections are released as limited-edition drops, minor variations in garment distressing, colour rendering, print placement, fabric or wash colour may occur, including differences caused by photography lighting or screen displays.

3. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please make sure your sizing, cart items, shipping address and contact details are correct before completing checkout.
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

• We accept size exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original DECAY tags and packaging intact.
• Store credit: to protect our limited-edition drop inventory, approved returns are issued as DECAY Store Credit or processed as size exchanges. Direct cash or bank refunds are limited to verified manufacturing defects.
• Final sale: items bought during clearance sales or archive drops, or with promotional discount codes, are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. Intellectual Property

All streetwear designs, graphics, layouts, logos and text displayed on decay.co.in are the exclusive intellectual property of DECAY. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or products are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut, Kerala.
