Shipping Policy

All DECAY orders ship directly from our base in Calicut, Kerala, India. Here is what to expect once you place an order.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 12–24 hours, subject to product availability and payment verification.
• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please make sure all order details, including your shipping address and contact information, are correct before completing checkout.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major public holidays.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipping Timelines

Delivery times vary by location and courier:

• Kerala: estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.
• Rest of India: estimated delivery within 6–9 working days.

Orders may take slightly longer during collection drops, sale periods or major holidays due to high order volumes.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered and proof of delivery is available against the tracking number, DECAY is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged or stolen after being left unattended. All transit risk passes to the courier service once the order leaves our facility.
